Position Overview
Requtech is seeking a Product Manager with deep industry connections in the SATCOM ecosystem — spanning operators, integrators, defense, and government sectors — who can drive Requtech’s next phase of commercial growth.
This is a strategic, high-impact role combining business development, product strategy, and customer engagement. You will lead Requtech’s product roadmap alignment with market and customer needs, while actively identifying and cultivating new opportunities and partnerships in the SATCOM domain.
Key Responsibilities
Market and Business Development
- Leverage an established SATCOM and defense network to open new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.
- Identify, pursue, and secure orders from key commercial, government, and defense clients globally.
- Support ongoing relationships with satellite operators, service providers, system integrators, and defense procurement agencies.
- Represent Requtech at major SATCOM and defense trade shows, conferences, and industry forums.
Product Management and Strategy
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Requtech’s SATCOM terminals (RESA Ku/Ka, PICO series, TropoLine, etc.).
- Translate customer and market requirements into clear product specifications in coordination with Requtech’s engineering team.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market assessments to position Requtech’s technology advantageously.
- Contribute to proposal and RFI/RFP responses for both commercial and government programs.
Customer and Project Support
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and production to ensure alignment between technical delivery and market needs.
- Serve as a technical-commercial interface during key customer engagements, demonstrations, and certification efforts.
Support pricing strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, business development, or sales within SATCOM, aerospace, or defense communications.
- Proven network and relationships with key stakeholders in the SATCOM ecosystem — including operators, integrators, defense primes, and government agencies.
- Strong technical understanding of SATCOM systems (terminals, antennas, modems, LEO/MEO/GEO networks).
- Background or experience working with military and government customers (e.g., NATO, MODs, or government communications programs).
- Demonstrated success in driving product growth and winning large contracts or partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and commercial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.

About You
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- A technical university degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in system development and integration, preferably in satellite communication or related technologies.
- Experience in system design and troubleshooting complex technical solutions.
- The ability to work in a team and lead technical projects.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Linköping for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer. As a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components for our SATCOM terminals. You will also work on technical research and feasibility studies, conduct product benchmarking and analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product design and development, preferably in SATCOM or related industries
- Expertise in 3D CAD design software, preferably SolidWorks
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts, principles, and practices
- Experience in thermal management, electronics packaging, and structural analysis
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Requtech, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we have the right suppliers for our products and markets. Collaborating closely with our engineering teams, you will utilize our PLM and ERP systems to enhance our procurement processes and methods. Your responsibilities will include finding, evaluating, and developing our supplier base, driving continuous improvement in supply processes, reviewing global suppliers, leading cost reduction projects, and supporting development teams early in the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and secure optimal suppliers for our products. Utilize and optimize our PLM and ERP systems to enhance procurement processes and methodologies. Identify, evaluate, and nurture our supplier base. Continuously refine supply chain processes. Review global suppliers and establish collaborative partnerships. Drive cost-reduction initiatives and planning. Engage with development teams early in product development stages. Oversee new product integration at manufacturing sites. Assist in the enhancement of logistics strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a sourcing officer or similar role. Ability to work independently, taking initiative in supplier and manufacturing interactions to optimize sourcing. Strong communication skills. Expertise in agreement drafting, negotiation, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in both Swedish and English for effective collaboration with all suppliers.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Microwave Engineer located in Linköping, Sweden. The Microwave Engineer will design and develop innovative microwave and RF systems for high-performance SATCOM terminals. Responsibilities include circuit design, developing RF and microwave solutions, using specialized equipment such as spectrum and network analyzers, and contributing to the enhancement of current technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in research initiatives to develop reliable and effective SATCOM products is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Microwave system design and Microwave Engineering
- Proficiency in RF Design and related system development
- Hands-on experience with Microwave and RF instrumentation such as Spectrum Analyzers, Signal generators and Network Analyzers
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional engineering team
- Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s or higher degree is a plus
- Prior experience in the SATCOM or telecommunications industry is advantageous
- Excellent project management and communication skills
